As of current, we ship and deliver only to the Greater Montreal area for our food products, we continuously grow to ensure safe delivery for our frozen produce. Should you still inquire for delivery to you outside this area. Please fill out our Contact form and we will personally contact you.

Order Processing
Each order is thoughtfully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays, as we believe in maintaining the highest standards of service and handling.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. We partner exclusively with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives promptly and in pristine condition.

Orders directed to restricted destinations will be respectfully canceled and fully refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered to be in your care. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. We kindly recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring your shipment via tracking.

For international clients, please be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
